The Fruit Hero Affiliate Program lets you earn money by sharing Fruit Hero Filter Pods with your family, friends, and followers. By joining, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. You must be 18 or older, and by signing up, you confirm you understand and accept these rules.

Once you’re approved, you’ll get your own unique tracking link. You earn 15 % commission on every net sale (excluding shipping, taxes, and refunds) made through your link. Payments are made monthly, within 3 days after the month ends, via [PayPal/Bank Transfer]. Each person can only have one affiliate account and link.

You can share your link on your personal social media, blog, email list, or website (where allowed). Only use Fruit Hero-approved images, videos, and branding. Be honest and always tell people you’re an affiliate, as required by law.

You can’t:

• Post your link on coupon or deal sites.
• Run paid ads bidding on “Fruit Hero” or related keywords.
• Spam or make false or misleading claims.
• Copy Fruit Hero’s content as your own.
• Offer fake discounts or false promises.

By joining, you confirm that:

• You’re 18 or older.
• You’ll follow all laws and platform rules.
• You won’t misuse Fruit Hero’s brand, logo, or reputation. Confusion
• You won’t post abusive or misleading content.

This agreement stays active unless you or Fruit Hero end it. Fruit Hero can suspend or remove you if you break the rules. Any unpaid commissions may be lost if you violate the terms.

No! you agree not to share any private business, product, or marketing information without written permission from Fruit Hero.

You agree to protect Fruit Hero from any claims, damages, or losses caused by your actions if you break these terms.

No! you agree not to make negative or hurtful statements about Fruit Hero, its products, or its people

• Independent Contractor: You’re an independent promoter not an employee or agent.
• Changes: Fruit Hero may update these terms at any time if you keep promoting, you accept the updates.
• Governing Law: These terms follow the laws of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia].
• Entire Agreement: This replaces any old promises or discussions.
• Sever ability: If any part is invalid, the rest still applies.

1. Use Only Official Assets

You can only use images, videos, and branding materials provided or approved by Fruit Hero. Do not modify or recreate logos, packaging, or product photos without permission.

2. No Misleading Edits

You cannot alter content in a way that misrepresents the product (e.g., fake reviews, exaggerated results, or dramatic “before/after” photos that aren't real).

3. No Creating Your Own Claims

Only use approved product claims. Don’t make up scientific, medical, or nutritional benefits that Fruit Hero hasn’t publicly stated.

4. Don’t Sell It Yourself

You can promote, link, and refer. But you cannot repackage, resell, or offer the product under your own brand name.

5. All Content Must Disclose Affiliation

Every time you post, you must clearly state you're an affiliate (e.g., “I may earn a commission” or “#ad”), in line with legal and FTC guidelines.

6. Fruit Hero Owns the Brand

You’re using the content under a limited license as an affiliate. All rights stay with Fruit Hero, and we can revoke permissions at any time if these rules aren’t followed.

By joining the Fruit Hero Affiliate Program, you agree that any content you create including videos, photos, posts, or testimonials can be used by Fruit Hero for marketing purposes.

This includes (but is not limited to) use across our website, advertisements, emails, social media, and promotional campaigns.

You grant Fruit Hero full, royalty-free, lifetime usage rights to repurpose, edit, and publish your content without requiring further permission or compensation.
